Benefits of a Pool Removal Service

There are so many reasons as to why homeowners may consider a pool removal service. For some, the pool may be taking up unnecessary space in their yards while others do it to avoid the escalating pool maintenance costs. Whatever the reason, a pool demolition service offers numerous benefits that will increase your backyard’s appearance and functionality.
Here are a few benefits of hiring a professional pool demolition service for your demolition project.

  • Reclaiming your Land
Swimming pools that remain unused take up a significant amount of your yard space. Getting rid of a pool will help you make room for other fulfilling backyard activities like a new patio space, outdoor decks, fireplaces or an artificial turf that can serve as a playground space for your kids.
  • Increases Safety
Removing a pool will help you reduce the liability risks that pools present especially for home owners with kids and pets that cannot swim. You will have a peace of mind knowing that your pool does not present a potential risk to your loved ones.
  • Increases Home’s Value
If you are considering selling your home in the future, removing a swimming pool will increasingly attract the interest of buyers making it incredibly easy to sell. Your home’s resale value is increased leaving you to enjoy the financial benefit that comes with it.
  • Saves you Money
The high costs of pool ownership far outweigh the benefits as swimming pools use up a lot of money in repairs and maintenance costs every other time. A pool removal service eliminates all of these expenses while saving you time so you can focus on developing other endeavors.

I couldn’t be happier with the job. This company did removing my pool from the first phone call to the final cleanup. The entire process was smooth, professional, and well organized. The crew showed up on time explained everything clearly and worked incredibly efficiently. What really impressed me was how careful they were with the surrounding yard and property to handle demolition removal, filling, and grading perfectly and when they finished, it looked like the pool had never even been there. The site was left clean and level. If you’re thinking about removing a pool, I highly recommend this company honest pricing great communication and excellent workmanship. It’s rare to find a contractor that makes a project this easy.

Just finished removing my pool of 60+ years. Everyone involved in this process were nice and considerate. The two gentlemen that worked on the pool were great. Santos was in charge and they worked really hard. They also would help with any request I had as long as they could. The work was done in about 4 days. We were very pleased. They guarantee their work. They also promised to return in the Spring to overseed and inspect the ground. I would highly recommend this company. Besides Santos and his helper, we dealt with Michele and Don Handy. Both were helpful throughout the project. Lookig forward to next Summer when we can enjoy our new larger yard.

The guys at Remove-A-Pool did an amazing job! We had some initial issues with our permit that wasn't their fault. They hung in there with me and kept me updated every step of the way. Once we got past our permitting issues by the city, they hopped in and made magic. Within a few days this old rundown pool was all gone, level and seeded. Within a few weeks the grass has grown and you would never know the pool was there. Highly recommended. They guys are straightforward. Everything they promised I received.

I can't say enough good things about the experience I had with Remove a Pool. As a contractor myself, I understand the importance of good communication and setting proper expectations. Don met me at the house and explained the process, Michelle communicated with me the entire time and even got me on the schedule early, and the guys who did the work in the field were professional and cared about the completed project. Stop staring at the old ugly pool and call these guys to take back your backyard!

We finally got our pool removed last year and Remove A Pool provided trustworthy, reliable, and great service. For us, honesty was the most important factor in finding the right business. From start to finish, all the staff I interacted was very dependable and they made me feel at ease knowing we made choice the right choice. They gave great advice and options. The Hispanic gentleman who did bulk of the work was very diligent and did a fabulous job. Even after much rain, the ground was sturdy and evenly grounded with no issues. I highly recommend this place. Unfortunately, because my phone died on me last year, all my photos were lost 😭
